Al-Bittar & Soubra, Hicks & Spencer, Kazama & Zen, Huber, Haldar & Babu.
claridad el movimiento The study of soils over the years has been complex, given that the soil properties are so variable, they
generate uncertain regarding their behavior against loads and their failure in response to it. Numerical
analysis studies have been carried out based on the theory of random fields and finite elements for the
effects of soil heterogeneity on the capacity of a shallow foundation, some of the characters that have
investigated this issue are Fenton & Griffiths, Popescu, Al-Bittar & Soubra, Hicks & Spencer, Kazama & Zen,
Huber, Haldar & Babu.
Today prototypes are made with characteristics such as the composition of some soils under study, these
prototypes are used for a surface load in order to prevent the way in which it will fail, to achieve the
similarity of the prototype and the reality is increased gravity and load the soil at the same time, so the
geotechnical centrifuges are used that are responsible for increasing this gravity and thus the prototype
the effort of the sea floor itself, then the behavior is studied and validated numerical models.
In order to understand the behavior of soil heterogeneity in terrain deformations, 30 test of “ in-flight load
capacity were performed on a single rigid base supported on a spatial variation on the same variable
ground in a centrifuge divided into three differentiated groups for the length, analyzed in a software which
interprets the difference of movement between two images and adds vectors with size and direction
corresponding to the movement, on average each failure studied has twelve consecutive images, with the
help of this software it is more clearly identified movement
