Abstract

Spa: Con el objetivo de contribuir a mejorar la atención primaria en salud, se plantea en este documento la idea de llevar a cabo un proyecto para mejorar la accesibilidad a los servicios de salud y detección temprana del cáncer de seno de 16 municipios de Casanare, dentro del cual se constituye ante todo la necesidad de aclarar el horizonte de lo que se quiere lograr en términos de la atención a pacientes en las diferentes zonas tanto rurales como urbanas, partiendo desde un sentido realista que permita trazar metas alcanzables y que proyecte resultados acordes a lo esperado.

La formulación de este documento surge de la dificultad actual que enfrentan los habitantes de estos 16 municipios, especialmente las mujeres mayores de 30 años, para acceder a servicios de salud. Por lo tanto, se plantea la búsqueda de igualdad social y el fortalecimiento del derecho de acceso a los servicios de salud a través de una unidad móvil funcional para la atención extramural. Esta unidad móvil permitirá fortalecer la promoción de la salud y la prevención de enfermedades.

Además, se identifican oportunidades de mejora en la prestación de servicios de salud, especialmente en lo que respecta a la atención oportuna para las mujeres. Por tanto, el presente proyecto propone adquirir una unidad móvil equipada con mamografía y atención médica, con el fin de garantizar una atención oportuna a los servicios de salud para la población mencionada.

With the aim of contributing to improving primary health care, this document raises the idea of carrying out a project to improve accessibility to health services and early detection of breast cancer in 16 municipalities of Casanare, within which the need to clarify the horizon of what is to be achieved in terms of patient care in the different Both rural and urban areas, starting from a realistic sense that allows to draw achievable goals and that projects results according to what is expected.

The formulation of this document arises from the current difficulty faced by the inhabitants of these 16 municipalities, especially women over 30 years of age, to access health services. This mobile unit will strengthen health promotion and disease prevention.

In addition, opportunities for improvement in the provision of healthcare services are identified, especially regarding timely care for women. Therefore, this project proposes to acquire a mobile unit equipped with mammography and medical care, in order to ensure timely attention to health services for the aforementioned population.
