Desarrollo de una guía metodológica para el inicio, la planeación, el seguimiento y control para proyectos infraestructura víal de MINCIVIL S.A.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado ha sido realizado con el objetivo de desarrollar una guía metodológica para la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura vial para la empresa MINCIVIL; la guía metodológica está focalizada en los procesos de iniciación, planeación y seguimiento & control; las técnicas y herramientas para la ejecución de proyectos sobre las que se desarrolló la guía, están establecidas por el PMI (Project Management Institute) y se encuentran descritas en el PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).

The present degree work has been carried out with the objective of developing a methodology guide for the execution of road infrastructure projects for the company MINCIVIL; The methodological guide is focused on the processes of initiation, planning, monitoring and control; the techniques and tools for the execution of projects on which the guide is made, are established by the PMI (Project Management Institute) and are described in the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge)
