La creencia de que el mercado conduce a las soluciones más convenientes ha relegado el Estado a un segundo plano, introduciendo una gran indefinición en las tareas oficiales. Los resultados han sido totalmente contradictorios. En el periodo en que se implantó la reforma neoliberal el gasto público aumentó en términos del producto nacional.
Abstract (English)
The belief that the market leads to the most convenient solutions has relegated the State to the background, introducing a great lack of definition in official tasks. The results have been totally contradictory. In the period in which the neoliberal reform was implemented, public spending increased in terms of the national product.
