La reforma más importante de la Constitución estuvo representada en la adopción del Estado Social de Derecho y su desarrollo en la forma de derechos fundamentales de educación, salud, trabajo y vivienda digna. Adicionalmente, en el mismo texto se establecieron mecanismos para
hacerlos efectivos.
Abstract (English)
The most important reform of the Constitution was represented in the adoption of the Social Rule of Law and its development in the form of fundamental rights of education, health, work and decent housing. Additionally, in the same text, mechanisms were established to make them effective.
