El presente documento contiene el trabajo realizado correspondiente al análisis de la
vulnerabilidad sísmica de muros de contención de concreto en voladizo, con variables
asociadas al tipo de suelo, altura del muro, inclinación en los taludes de rellenos y diferentes
aceleraciones de sismos
Abstract (English)
This paper presents the construction of seismic vulnerability curves for concrete cantilever retaining walls under dynamic loading. These curves are generally constructed from a cumulative lognormal distribution model. The methodology is used for retaining walls of 4 heights (5m, 7m, 9m, 11m), in 5 types of soil (CH, CL, S, G, M), with slope fill inclination of 0°, 15° and 25°. Each wall was designed in pseudo-static condition with accelerations of 0.1g, 0.2g, 0.3g, 0.4g, 0.5g, 0.6g. and finally the dynamic analysis was performed with acceleration-time records containing maximum ground accelerations of 0.1g, 0.2g, 0.3g, 0.4g, 0.5g, 0.6g. This led to the development of 2,520 models (Midas GTS Nx software) and a set of 240 vulnerability curves. The wall's response to vertical and horizontal displacements was evaluated using a 2D finite element model and the elastic-plastic behavior of the soil was defined (using the Hardening Soil constitutive model), and elastic behavior was established for the retaining wall (Linear Elastic Model). Vulnerability curves were estimated based on the levels of horizontal and vertical displacement due to the increase in the level of damage with the magnitude of the acceleration of the seismic record.
