en materia de privatizaciones. El Gobierno retiró el lucro individual del proyecto de reforma educativa y procedió a intervenir 18 EPS.
Abstract (English)
After 20 years of repeated failures, the world is coming to its senses regarding privatizations. The Government withdrew individual profit from the educational reform project and proceeded to intervene in 18 EPS.
