Abstract (Spanish)
En este trabajo se estudia la corrosión-erosión en NaOH al 10% wt de tres aleaciones austeníticas del sistema Fermanal: Al6,3Mn22,6C0,675Cr3,1Fe67,325 (F1), Al5,2Mn28,0 C0,95Cr5,1Si2,8Fe57,95 (F2) y Al8,5Mn30,0 C1,0Cr3,2Mo1,1Fe56,20 (F3), respectivamente. Se utilizaron partículas de sílice y el equipo tipo cilindro rotatorio para simular las condiciones erosivas. La caracterización electroquímica se realizó mediante las técnicas electroquímicas pulso galvanostático (GPT) y curvas de polarización Tafel, con el objetivo de evidenciar cambios en la velocidad de corrosión. Para obtener los parámetros electroquímicos en el sistema erosivo se varió el ángulo de ataque de las partículas erosivas con respecto a la superficie de la muestra. A través de difracción de rayos X se encontró que los principales productos de corrosión fueron Mn2O3, Fe2O3 y Fe(Mn, Al)2O4.
Abstract (English)
In this work is study the corrosive-erosive wear in 10% wt. Na(OH) solution of three austenitic alloys of Fermalloy system: Al6,3Mn22,6C0,675Cr3,1Fe67,325 (F1), Al5,2Mn28,0 C0,95Cr5,1Si2,8Fe57,95 (F2) y Al8,5Mn30,0 C1,0Cr3,2Mo1,1Fe56,20 (F3), respectively. Simulations of erosive conditions were made using silicon particles and the rotating cylinder device. The electrochemical characterization was achieved using Galvanostatic Pulse Technique (GPT) and Tafel Polarization Curves, with the objective of show changes in corrosion rate. The electrochemical parameters of the erosive system were obtained with the variation of the assault angle of the silica erosive particles with regard to sample surface. Through X-Ray diffraction was found that the main corrosion products on the surface were Mn2O3, Fe2O3 y Fe(Mn, Al)2O4.
