Hace 15 años en el libro La crisis de la infraestructura vial puse de presente las anomalías del sector. En ese entonces los kilómetros pavimentados por habitante del país eran muy inferiores a los del promedio de América Latina y similares a los de Bolivia y los países africanos.
Abstract (English)
15 years ago in the book The road infrastructure crisis I highlighted the anomalies of the sector. At that time, the paved kilometers per inhabitant of the country were much lower than the average for Latin America and similar to those of Bolivia and African countries.
