Abstract (Spanish)
Este trabajo analiza el impacto del sismo del 10 de marzo de 2023, con magnitud 5.9 y epicentro en la Mesa de los Santos, sobre el deslizamiento ocurrido en el sector de la feria, Comuna Cuatro de Bucaramanga. El estudio se enfocó en evaluar las condiciones geotécnicas y dinámicas que afectan la estabilidad de taludes en zonas sísmicamente activas, mediante modelos tridimensionales por elementos finitos que integraron información geológica, geotécnica e hidrológica.
Abstract (English)
This work analyzes the impact of the March 10, 2023 earthquake, with a magnitude of 5.9 and epicenter in Mesa de los Santos, on the landslide that occurred in the fair sector, Commune Four of Bucaramanga. The study focused on evaluating the geotechnical and dynamic conditions that affect the stability of slopes in seismically active areas, through three-dimensional finite element models that integrated geological, geotechnical, and hydrological information.
