Análisis de la accesibilidad de ciclo infraestructura de la localidad de Suba

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la accesibilidad existente en la ciclo-infraestructura de la localidad de Suba y evaluar dicha accesibilidad mediante el uso de sistemas de información geográfica y teoría de grafos. El objetivo principal es verificar que la infraestructura que se tiene para los usuarios de la bicicleta cumple con los términos de accesibilidad. Adicionalmente, se verifica si la relación entre oferta y demanda de infraestructura vial para este medio de transporte es óptima y se elabora la red de ciclo-infraestructura considerando todas las tipologías de vía. En cuanto a la metodología se usó la teoría de grafos, la cual a través de diferentes indicadores (φ, α, µ, β, entre otros), permite analizar de manera objetiva la accesibilidad de la ciclo-infraestructura. Los resultados obtenidos se presentan como mapas temáticos y con el objetivo de ser utilizados como una herramienta para el análisis y gestión de directrices para la mejora de tramos de conexión de la infraestructura.

The present investigation aims to analyze the existing accessibility in the cycle-infrastructure of the town of Suba and to evaluate this accessibility by means of the use of geographic information systems and graph theory. The main objective is to verify that the infrastructure for bicycle users complies with the terms of accessibility. Additionally, it is verified if the relation between supply and demand of road infrastructure for this means of transport is optimal and the cycle-infrastructure network is elaborated considering all the typologies of roads. Regarding the methodology, the graph theory was used, which through different indicators (φ, α, µ, β, among others), allows to objectively analyze the accessibility of the cyclo-infrastructure. The results obtained are presented as thematic maps and with the objective of being used as a tool for the analysis and management of guidelines for the improvement of infrastructure connection sections.
