|Issue Date:||May-2013||Publisher:||Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito||Abstract:||The present project entitled "Guide for the integration of quality management systems, environmental and ruc based on the standards NTC ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 and the RUC guide in CEDIQUIM SAS", consists of 5 chapters in which the methodology by which the proposed objectives were carried out is exposed. In the first instance some generalities are presented about the real situation of the organization on which the development of the project has been carried out (CEDIQUIM SAS), establishing the actual conditions of the company at present and its general functioning, as well as some aspects to Consider the Rules on which this Guide is based, including the RUC (Single Register of Contractors), a rule of great importance due to the sector in which CEDIQUIM SAS performs its economic activity. The operation of the Management Systems in CEDIQUIM SAS, is described in chapter 2, making diagnoses of their operation individually by applying the appropriate formats for each of the standards in the form of a checklist and quantifying the degree of compliance with the requirements of the Standards on which the Guide is based. In the following chapter, entitled Integration of documentation of the Quality Management Systems, RUC and Environmental Management, the documentary requirements for the assembly of an Integrated System based on the diagnosis are related, where the deficiencies are evidenced by means of the checklist. The recommendations of the functional documentation for compliance with the requirements of the three standards and that specific documentation that would apply to unique aspects in the operation of the System are included. The System Implementation Program is presented in Chapter 4, which not only establishes the Activities Schedule and the Implementation Phases that begin with the Strategic Planning, pillar of the Management Systems and ends with the Audit Process Internal, but also the recommendations during the process taking into account the real situation of CEDIQUIM SAS Finally, in the last Chapter of the document, the benefits of the implementation of the Integrated System in the short, medium and long term as well as a small financial analysis of the feasibility of the Implementation of Management Systems in CEDIQUIM S.A.S. that predicts the success of the implementation of the same in the organization||URI:||http://catalogo.escuelaing.edu.co/cgi-bin/koha/opac-detail.pl?biblionumber=16616
