dc.description.abstractLas organizaciones enfrentan continuamente, en su entorno, retos que las conducen a la búsqueda de ventajas competitivas sostenibles. Recientemente una fuente de dichas ventajas se encuentra en la apropiada gestión del conocimiento mediante la cual se logra intercambio y transferencia de conocimiento que genere valor, al soportar los procesos de toma de decisiones. Específicamente, se ha encontrado potencial en la obtención de valor al integrar la gestión del conocimiento en la práctica de gerencia de proyectos; puesto que estos se han transformado en herramientas para concretar la estrategia organizacional. Con el fin de habilitar la construcción y aprovechamiento de valor se ha diseñado, para la oficina de proyectos de una organización de servicios, una propuesta metodológica; que, a través de mecanismos concretos en procesos, roles, herramientas y activos de conocimiento, facilita la integración esperada entre la gestión del conocimiento y la gerencia de proyectos.spa
