For this purpose, there are two types of ventilatory support: invasive and non-invasive. Non-invasive mechanical ventilation (NIV) avoids performing intubation, endotracheal and deep sedation, and gives the patient greater comfort with the interface of use. In this project, we have analyzed the performance of 11 mechanical ventilators for hospital areas such as ICU, pulmonology, respiratory areas such as ICU, pneumology, semicritical and emergency. Considering the criteria related to the technological technological characteristics, a weighting system has been developed to evaluate the suitability of an equipment according to the the suitability of a piece of equipment according to the hospital area of use. In addition, an optimization system has been proposed for the system for the redistribution of this equipment, according to the needs of its use, has been proposed. For this purpose, a classification system using decision trees has been proposed to define the best configuration in terms of equipment use. configuration in terms of the use of the equipment and the requirements of the clinical areas. | eng |
