Introduction: Over the years the consequences caused by alterations in certain variables monitored in an incubator. Where the temperature, Humidity and noise are vital factors for the survival of babies. That is why it is of great It is important to know the existing technologies for the monitoring of neonates in incubators and find their possible influence in business environments. Objectives: To carry out a review of the literature about medical devices and not doctors, who have the ability to monitor different variables in incubators for preterm newborns, from industry 4.0 technologies, to know their status technology maturity and identify in a general way how the variables studied in the documents relating to the health status of newborns in incubators. Methodology: Different phases were implemented in the methodology. Starting with the construction of the search, followed by the review of abstracts and It ended with the review and extraction of information from complete articles. Here i know they evaluated different variables and items always following the established criteria. Results: The results of the literature review were found and classified percentage and numerical existing technologies corresponding to industry 4.0, in addition to existing technologies not belonging to Industry 4.0 that comply with the proposed objectives. In this way, the maturity level of the technologies was found. found and the effects produced by the variables studied found the state health of newborns in incubators, this in general. Conclusions: In conclusion, the technologies found are still at a level very early technological maturity, being the technologies not belonging to the Industry 4.0 the most developed. Demonstrating the great need to expand these study areas and implement them in the medical field. This revision has great advantages to frame a current panorama of the technological development of the issues raised, which is very useful for future projects in business areas.eng
