dc.description.abstractLa cultura organizacional está representada por los valores, así mismo, la cultura BPM también se representa por los valores CERT, (Customer orientation, Excellence, Responsibility, Teamwork), un inconveniente de los valores, es que son intangibles, en su mayoría no son fácilmente cuantificables, y por esto la alta gerencia no tiene una percepción concreta sobre su importancia y valor, es así que la presente investigación trata de subsanar esta situación, al diseñar un modelo de indicadores que permita la valoración cuantitativa de los mismos, y la vincule a la eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos de la organización. Este trabajo de investigación, parte del estudio denominado: ¿Which cultural values matter to business process management? Results from a global Delphi study, donde se definen y determinan los valores CERT, así como sus sub dimensiones. Para orientación al cliente, se tiene el análisis para cliente interno y externo, las sub dimensiones de Excelencia son: innovación y mejoramiento continuo, para Responsabilidad, están: rendición de cuentas y compromiso, y por último para Trabajo en Equipo, se tienen los equipos formales e informales, el aporte realizado en el estudio consiste en diseñar indicadores apropiados que permitan medir el desempeño de estos valores en la organización, adicionalmente, también se asocian estos indicadores a la efectividad o la eficacia de los procesos. Es así que este modelo, pretende ser una herramienta para la gerencia, que facilite la medición de estos indicadores, y hacer un diagnóstico de la situación actual sobre los valores CERT, indicando un nivel de madurez de la cultura BPM, y permite a su vez establecer un camino a seguir para mejorar estos indicadores y por ende mejorar la eficiencia y la eficacia de la organización, con el fin de presentar a las directivas la importancia y los efectos que tienen la cultura BPM en la organización.spa

This research work, part of the study called: Which cultural values ​​matter to business process management?
