dc.description.methodsEs una investigación descriptiva y exploratoria, inmersa en un caso estudio; el proceso de licitación fue seleccionado por la alta dirección debido a la alta complejidad e impacto de este proceso en la organización. El protocolo para la realización del estudio implicó entrevistas con el propietario de la proceso y todos los funcionarios involucrados, como fuentes de información, insumos para modelar en BPMN2.0 a nivel de actividad y se realizó una validación estadística del modelo, para sustentar una confianza aceptable del mismo.spa
