Análisis de la relación entre algunos riesgos para la logística de carga identificables desde el servicio de justicia en Colombia 2008 a 2018

Abstract

La logística es la actividad que posicionan oportunamente los productos y servicios en el mercado. El merca-do que es el espacio dónde se integran las relaciones humanas, es regulado por la justicia y sus servicios. La justicia como concepto abstracto evoluciona y como ideal perseguido por el hombre, determina las prioridades en una sociedad y regula las maneras en las que se abordan. La justicia finalmente indica a la logística cómo proceder. Este trabajo de grado permite comprender cómo se articula un sistema social conformado por el Comercio, la Política, el Derecho y la Nación y lo hace a partir del uso de análisis cualitativo y cuantita-tivo desde las perspectivas del pensamiento crítico de sistemas considerando diversos puntos de vista sin considerar verdades absolutas. Como principios metodológicos se propendió por identificar los sesgos inconscientes, tratar la confusión esta-dística y considerar el proceso subsecuente para generar conocimiento en ingeniería. Como resultado del aná-lisis cualitativo se abstraen los procesos de logística y justicia y sus relaciones, para lo cual se presentan diagramas relacionales. Para el análisis cuantitativo se aplica el Total System Intervention y el M30 para escoger la técnica numérica que mejor se ajuste al contexto del problema dando como resultado la aplicación de la técnica Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). El trabajo se divide en tres secciones, la primera presen-ta la problemática y la metodología usada. La segunda sección corresponde al análisis cualitativo y com-prende los capítulos 2, 3, 4 y 5, la tercera parte aplica el DEA para el análisis cuantitativo y se presentan análisis de resultados, conclusiones y recomendaciones.

Logistics is the activity that opportunely position products and services in the market. The market, which is the space where human relations are integrated, is regulated by justice and its services. Justice as an abstract concept evolves and as an ideal pursued by man, determines the priorities in a society and regulates the ways in which they are addressed. Justice finally tells logistics how to proceed. This degree work allows us to understand how a social system made up of Commerce, Politics, Law and the Nation is articulated and does so from the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis from the perspectives of critical systems thinking considering various points of view without considering absolute truths. As methodological principles, it tended to identify unconscious biases, deal with statistical confusion and consider the subsequent process to generate knowledge in engineering. As a result of the qualitative analysis, the processes of logistics and justice and their relationships are abstracted, for which relational diagrams are presented. For the quantitative analysis, the Total System Intervention and the M30 are applied to choose the numerical technique that best fits the context of the problem, resulting in the application of the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique. The work is divided into three sections, the first presents the problem and the methodology used. The second section corresponds to the qualitative analysis and includes chapters 2, 3, 4 and 5, the third part applies the DEA for the quantitative analysis and analyzes of results, conclusions and recommendations are presented.
