abstract = "In Colombia, the tourism sector is an important source of investment, both domestic and foreign, within this sector there is great potential for the country's development. In Boyacá’s Department there is a wide variety of attractions, which make this like one of the favorite destinations of tourists from the world. After to realize an analysis of Tourism Service Providers - TSP of Department, we found that 79,4% of these are of accommodation services, at the same, it is evident that 100% of these are Micro, Small and Medium business - MiPymes.

Given that many of these organizations fail to survive for more than 5 years, it is important to analyze what happens to the strategic issues within them. The objective of this research work was measure strategy’s skills of project´s leaders to TSP of accommodation services of Boyacá’s Department, contacting them are the heads of these organizations and that the course of them depends on them.",
