Abstract

El ser humano tiene grandes habilidades cognitivas gracias a su gran cerebro que proporciona ideas y conceptos excepcionales, cada avance que hemos generado en la sociedad es gracias al fruto de esas ideas innovadoras que rompen las barreras y traen consigo valor para el éxito en el mercado, esto transmite bienestar y es por este motivo que (“Tú mismo debes ser el cambio que quieres ver en el mundo”) dicha por Gandhi, con ayuda de la innovación podemos crear productos y servicios que transmitan una experiencia (“El valor de la innovación no está en evitar que te copien, sino en conseguir que todos te quieran copiar”) dicha por Enrique Dans, dejar una huella es dejar una gran idea, con ayuda de la ciencia y de la tecnología podemos desarrollar prototipos que promuevan una cultura de innovación. Design thinking es una metodología que busca originar ideas innovadoras para dar solución a necesidades reales, con ayuda de esta herramienta lograremos empatizar, definir, idealizar, prototipar y evaluar dicha integración de ideas. Inspira ayudará a los estudiantes de grado once de El Colegio La Enseñanza a tomar decisiones acertadas frente a su futuro profesional e inspirar y generar una cultura de innovación en ellos, mediante mentorías una vez por semana donde se entrará a la fase de idear aplicando técnicas de ideación, consolidación de ideas y validación, en seguida se continuará con la fase de crear en donde conocerán las técnicas de prototipado que dará las herramientas para diseñar un modelo de la solución e iterar, más adelante se encontrará la fase de comunicar en donde se aprenderá el arte de comunicar, la importancia de la planificación pitch y se presentará el emprendimiento generado, el programa Inspira cuenta con 67 horas llenas de grandes enseñanzas para la formación de nuestras futuras generaciones. Al desarrollarse el programa cada mentor contó con dos o más grupos a su cargo donde se registraron los avances que se realizaron con ellos, actas de lo que se trabajaba en cada sesión con su asistencia y firma, conté con la fortuna de poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante mi formación profesional, acompañando al grupo 2, 4 y 5 los días viernes en el horario de 10:25 am a 12:05 pm y se finalizó cada mentoría con un compromiso, al transcurrir el tiempo y al fortalecer cada emprendimiento trabajado se realizó una presentación el día 4 de noviembre en donde se mostraron los resultados obtenidos.

Inspira will help the eleventh grade students of El Colegio La Enseñanza to make the right decisions regarding their professional future and inspire and generate a culture of innovation in them, through mentoring once a week where they will enter the phase of devising applying techniques of ideation, consolidation of ideas and validation, then they will continue with the phase of creating where they will learn the prototyping techniques that will give them the tools to design a model of the solution and iterate, later they will find the phase of communicating where they will learn the art of communicating, the importance of pitch planning and the entrepreneurship generated will be presented, the Inspira program has 67 hours full of great lessons for the training of our future generations. When the program was developed, each mentor had two or more groups under their responsibility where the progress made with them was recorded, minutes of what was worked on in each session with their assistance and signature, I was fortunate to put into practice the knowledge acquired during my professional training, accompanying group 2, 4 and 5 on Fridays from 10:25 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. and each mentorship ended with a commitment, as time passed and by strengthening each venture worked A presentation was made on November 4 where the results obtained were shown.
