dc.description.abstractLas visitas domiciliarias son un proceso que permite el acercamiento con los clientes, este proceso por lo general es contratado con terceros, por lo cual es importante controlar que las visitas asignadas se realizan y además que cumplan con el objetivo de la misma, ya que tanto realizar la visita, como que el cliente entienda el contenido que le será explicado es igual de importante que la persona sea visitada, de acuerdo a esto toma importancia el diseñar un modelo que permita garantizar, que la visita se realice, teniendo en cuenta para poder realizar el modelo este se apoyará en tecnología de la información, las cuales serán determinadas a través de un sistemas experto, el cual se desarrolló usando, inteligencia de negocios y gestión del conocimiento. La inteligencia de negocios agrupa herramientas que ayudan a las empresas a administrar y aprovechar los datos de manera correcta, en la inteligencia de negocios se puede encontrar disciplinas como minería de datos, análisis de datos y la visualización, es importante resaltar que la inteligencia de negocios tiene como objetivo generar una ventaja competitiva y aumentar las ganancias; de esta manera se analizará la data y se ajustará de tal manera que pueda ser usada en el modelo. Gestión del conocimiento: El conocimiento se conforma de experiencia, información y valores que se almacenan en la mente de las personas, estas pueden estar relacionadas con los procesos diarios que realiza, políticas o normas empresariales que lo llevan a vivir nuevas experiencias que con llevan a la creación de conocimiento. Sistemas Expertos: Un sistema experto es un sistema informático que puede representar el pensamiento humano, especializado en un tema específico, por lo cual un sistema experto debe tener la capacidad de responder a una serie de preguntas al mismo nivel de un ser humano experto en el tema, en conclusión, un sistema experto debe ser capaz de realizar las siguientes tareas: aceptar consultas del usuario, aceptar los datos que el usuario ingrese y por ultimo procesar la información para llegar a la mejor respuesta. 8 Chatbot: Es un programa diseñado para convertir una comunicación en un mensaje de texto o hablado, en esta investigación se usará solo en un chatbot de texto, el cual reconoce la entrada del usuario y utilizará coincidencia de patrones, ingresa a la información para arrojar un reconocimiento predefinido, un ejemplo si el usuario ingresa “¿Cómo te llamas?”, lo mas probable es que el chatbot responda mi nombre es CHATBOT o el chatbot responda puedes “llamarme chatbot”.
