En un modelo espacial del empleo municipal agregado, este artículo muestra estadísticamente que las inundaciones interrumpen el empleo en los municipios. Las inundaciones disminuyen el empleo local en promedio en un 3,4%. Los niveles de empleo, sin embargo, se recuperan después de un año.
Abstract (English)
In a spatial model of aggregate municipal employment, this article shows statistically that floods disrupt employment in municipalities. Flood events decrease local employment on average by 3.4%. Employment levels, however, recover after one year.
