Una justicia justa

Abstract

Vivir una justicia justa es una aspiración necesaria e imprescindible en el quehacer humano. Los ciudadanos del común sentimos que la justicia en Colombia no es justa, no es imparcial, se inicia con retraso y se mantiene dentro de todas las argucias dilatorias de defensores y acusadores para que no haya ni absolución del inocente ni condena del culpable.

To live a fair justice is a necessary and indispensable aspiration in the human endeavor. Ordinary citizens feel that justice in Colombia is not fair, it is not impartial, it starts late and is maintained within all the dilatory tricks of defenders and accusers so that there is neither acquittal of the innocent nor conviction of the guilty.
