Abstract

Hace un mes, en la columna titulada “El caos de la salud” (enero 9), advertí que el sector había colapsado y que las acciones que se vislumbraban para desvirtuar las tutelas y aumentar los ingresos del sistema resultarían inoperantes. En el fondo, estábamos ante el fracaso y la inviabilidad de la Ley 100, que entregó un derecho universal altamente subsidiado al lucro individual.
