| spa |

The simultaneous evaluation of the hydraulic parameters and network costs makes the system analysis the analysis of the system into an optimization problem, in which, satisfied optimization problem, in which, once the hydraulic constraints have been satisfied, it is of all possible networks, the network is of minimum cost. The solution to this type of problem, in particular that of pressurized open networks, is generally done by The solution of this type of problem, in particular that of open networks under pressure, is generally done by means of linear programming techniques that require the use of a computer.
The development of this open network model is similar to the development of a tree and starts at the point of the stem where the root ends (supply point). From this point a series of branches or branches that start at a node and where the pipes that come off resemble the branches that end at the next node. In this work, using the method of successive partial networks for optimization, a new application is developed and implemented in the graphical environment AutoCAD, to facilitate the management of the network and the analysis of the results. The designed program takes each of the elements and handles them as a specific object, which are related by means of pipes and supply and branch nodes. The model was divided into two main parts: the characteristics on commercial pipes, which are presented according to diameters (costs, roughness and maximum and minimum allowed velocities) and the topology of the open network (represented by pipe sections and nodes). The information corresponding to the pipes was implemented in an Excel file and the network information in the AutoCAD environment, thus using the most relevant potential of each of the packages used. | eng |
