Acerca del papel del maestro en la universidad

Abstract

En un artículo publicado en la edición de esta misma revista, expuse algunos elementos fundamentales sobre el reconocimiento básico del accionar tanto del alumno como del docente, para la creación de una nueva academia, de un nuevo individuo y, desde allí, de una nueva sociedad. Enfoqué en aquella oportunidad la atención en la relación profesor - alumno y en algunas condiciones de transparencia y respeto desde el docente hacia el alumno, como mínimo requisito en el trabajo por alcanzar niveles de calidad en el estudiante. En esta ocasión deseo compartir mis inquietudes relacionadas con la real percepción del papel trascendental de cambio que ejerce el maestro en cualquier sociedad, y desde este compartir invitar a la reflexión acerca de la rutina en el ejercicio de la enseñanza, para que ésta se transforme en la percepción y búsqueda de un trabajo innovador.

In an article published in the edition of this same magazine, I explained some fundamental elements about the basic recognition of the actions of both the student and the teacher, for the creation of a new academy, a new individual and, from there, a new society. . On that occasion I focused attention on the teacher-student relationship and on some conditions of transparency and respect from the teacher to the student, as a minimum requirement in the work to achieve quality levels in the student. On this occasion I wish to share my concerns related to the real perception of the transcendental role of change that the teacher exercises in any society, and from this sharing invite reflection about the routine in the exercise of teaching, so that it becomes the perception and search for innovative work.
