Diseño de un sistema de gestión integrado utilizando la NTC ISO 9001:2015, NTC ISO 14001:2015 y el decreto 1072 de 2015 para el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi sede central- Bogotá.

Abstract

El presente proyecto consiste en el diseño de un Sistema de Gestión Integrado QHSE para el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi – IGAC, ubicado en la Ciudad de Bogotá, estableciendo estrategias que permitan la integración de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Ambiental y Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo, proporcionando alternativas de solución a la problemática encontrada en el Instituto. El objetivo de esta integración es generar la oportunidad de organizar los procesos, eliminando o disminuyendo inconvenientes legales y productivos, reduciendo costos, optimizando los recursos usados y mejorando las condiciones ambientales del personal interno y externo que tiene relación con el Instituto. La idea de realizar el presente proyecto, surge por la visión de la actual administración en continuar con la implementación de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y Ambiental, así como la implementación del Decreto 1072 de 2015 debido a su obligatoriedad; logrando fortalecer el direccionamiento del Instituto, siendo líder por su compromiso en la implementación de herramientas que permitan la satisfacción de las necesidades del cliente, protección y prevención del medio ambiente y promoción de la salud de los trabajadores.

This project is focused on the design of a QHSE Management System for the Agustin Codazzi Geographic Institute located at Bogotá, establishing opportunities for improvement with strategies that allow the integration of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems, providing alternative solutions to the problems found at the Institute. The objective of this integration is to generate the opportunity to organize the processes, eliminating or reducing legal and productive inconveniences, reducing costs, optimizing the resources used and improving.The environmental conditions of the internal and external personnel related to the Institute. The idea of carrying out the present project arises due to the vision of the current administration in continuing with the implementation of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems, as well as the implementation of Decree 1072 of 2015 due to its obligatoriness; Managing to strengthen the Institute's leadership, being the leader in its commitment to the implementation of tools that allow the satisfaction of the client's needs, protection and prevention of the environment and promotion of workers' health.
