Diseño del sistema de gestión integrado de calidad y ambiental , para el proceso de aseo de buses del sistema de transporte masivo de de pasajeros de Bogotá D.C. en la empresa ASEO A MIL S.A.S. Portal Suba.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado se realizó en la empresa ASEO A MIL SAS perteneciente al sector de aseo de Buses de Transmilenio – Bogotá D.C y tiene como finalidad entregar los parámetros necesarios para diseñar el sistema de gestión integral en Calidad (ISO 9001:2015) y Ambiente (ISO 14001:2015) y ser una herramienta para la implementación y logro de la certificación de dichos sistemas en la empresa. Actualmente la empresa ha venido desarrollando el diseño e implementación de estos dos sistemas de gestión de manera independiente, de ahí la importancia que tendrá esta propuesta frente a los directivos de la organización.

The present work of degree was carried out in the company ASEO A MIL SAS belonging to the cleaning sector of Buses de Transmilenio - Bogotá DC and has the purpose of delivering the necessary parameters to design the integral management system in Quality (ISO 9001: 2015) and Environment (ISO 14001: 2015) and be a tool for the implementation and achievement of the certification of these systems in the company. Currently the company has been developing the design and implementation of these two management systems independently, hence the importance of this proposal in front of the directors of the organization.
