| spa |
dc.description.abstract | This work identifies the level of maturity in Project Management (GP) of a company in the telecommunications sector and its contrast with the perception of the client. It is developed using the Kerzner maturity model, emphasizing risk management, scope and quality. Initially, a review of information about the company was carried out and later, using a survey, the existing methodologies and processes within the organization in GP were deepened to determine their level of maturity. Using the same tool but focused on the client, you get your perception about the 3 aspects, finding big differences between both parties. It is interesting to note that the client does not manage to perceive the information that the company says to handle in their projects, allowing to deduce that the company is not applying correctly its methodologies and processes in GP as its collaborators assure. For the client, the company's efforts to successfully carry out the projects are notorious, but the perception remains that in the aspects evaluated, they are leaving room for improvisation. For this reason, it is important that organizations keep in mind the percentage of their policies, methodologies and processes that are met and how they impact the client. | eng |
