Diseño de una guía metodológica para la gerencia ágil de proyectos de educación continua “A la Medida”, ofrecidos por instituciones de educación superior
...Barrera Guío, Adriana Victoria | 2015
"The evolution of the relationship between the University and the company has given rise to different transfer models, which seek to develop the knowledge and skills of workers in order that companies can more effectively meet the needs of society . In this context, higher education institutions offer continuing education academic programs designed from the training needs of society and organizations. Some universities have developed this model in greater depth, by designing "tailored" trainings, that is, academic programs in which duration, teachers, content and methodology are selected taking into account the specific requests of each client in particular. The success of this type of project is given by its ability to meet the needs and expectations of customers; Therefore, the managers of "custom-made" continuing education projects must use methodologies that allow them to adjust to the short planning times and the progressive definition of the scope.
