Guía para la integración de los sistemas de gestión de calidad ambiental y RUC basado en las normas NTC-ISO 9001:2008 NTC-ISO 14001: 004 y la Guía RUC en Cerdiquim S.A.S.

Abstract

El presente proyecto titulado “Guía para la integración de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, ambiental y ruc basado en las normas NTC ISO 9001:2008 e ISO 14001:2004 y la guía RUC en CEDIQUIM S.A.S.”, consta de 5 capítulos en los que se expone la metodología mediante la cual se llevaron a cabo los objetivos propuestos. En primera instancia se presentan algunas generalidades acerca de la situación real de la organización sobre la cual se ha llevado a cabo el desarrollo del proyecto (CEDIQUIM S.A.S.), estableciendo las condiciones reales de la empresa actualmente y su funcionamiento general, así como algunos aspectos a considerar de las Normas en las que se basa la presente Guía, incluyendo el RUC (Registro único de Contratistas), norma de gran importancia debido al sector en el que CEDIQUIM S.A.S. desempeña su actividad económica. El funcionamiento de los Sistemas de Gestión en CEDIQUIM S.A.S., es descrito en el capítulo 2, realizando diagnósticos de su funcionamiento de forma individual mediante la aplicación de los formatos adecuados para cada una de las normas en forma de lista de verificación y cuantificando el grado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de las Normas en las que se basa la Guía. En el siguiente capítulo, titulado Integración de documentación de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, RUC y Gestión Ambiental, se relacionan los requerimientos documentales para el montaje de un Sistema Integrado basados en el diagnóstico, donde se evidencian las falencias mediante la lista de verificación. Se incluyen las recomendaciones de la documentación funcional para el cumplimiento de requisitos de las tres normas y aquella documentación específica que aplicaría para aspectos únicos en el funcionamiento del Sistema. El Programa de Implementación del Sistema, se presenta en el Capítulo 4, en el que no sólo se establecen el Cronograma de Actividades y las Fases de Implementación que inician con la Planeación estratégica, pilar de los Sistemas de Gestión y termina en el Proceso de Auditorías Internas, sino también las recomendaciones durante el proceso teniendo en cuenta la situación real de CEDIQUIM S.A.S. Finalmente, en el último Capítulo del documento se relacionan los beneficios de la implementación del Sistema Integrado a corto, mediano y largo plazo así como un pequeño análisis financiero de la viabilidad de la Implementación de los Sistemas de Gestión en CEDIQUIM S.A.S. que pronostica el éxito de la implementación del mismo en la organización

The present project entitled "Guide for the integration of quality management systems, environmental and ruc based on the standards NTC ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 and the RUC guide in CEDIQUIM SAS", consists of 5 chapters in which the methodology by which the proposed objectives were carried out is exposed. In the first instance some generalities are presented about the real situation of the organization on which the development of the project has been carried out (CEDIQUIM SAS), establishing the actual conditions of the company at present and its general functioning, as well as some aspects to Consider the Rules on which this Guide is based, including the RUC (Single Register of Contractors), a rule of great importance due to the sector in which CEDIQUIM SAS performs its economic activity. The operation of the Management Systems in CEDIQUIM SAS, is described in chapter 2, making diagnoses of their operation individually by applying the appropriate formats for each of the standards in the form of a checklist and quantifying the degree of compliance with the requirements of the Standards on which the Guide is based. In the following chapter, entitled Integration of documentation of the Quality Management Systems, RUC and Environmental Management, the documentary requirements for the assembly of an Integrated System based on the diagnosis are related, where the deficiencies are evidenced by means of the checklist. The recommendations of the functional documentation for compliance with the requirements of the three standards and that specific documentation that would apply to unique aspects in the operation of the System are included. The System Implementation Program is presented in Chapter 4, which not only establishes the Activities Schedule and the Implementation Phases that begin with the Strategic Planning, pillar of the Management Systems and ends with the Audit Process Internal, but also the recommendations during the process taking into account the real situation of CEDIQUIM SAS Finally, in the last Chapter of the document, the benefits of the implementation of the Integrated System in the short, medium and long term as well as a small financial analysis of the feasibility of the Implementation of Management Systems in CEDIQUIM S.A.S. that predicts the success of the implementation of the same in the organization
