Airport security in civil aviation AVSEC, is the protection procedure against acts of illegal interference, it involves all participants in the supply chain of an airport, since all must ensure a quick response to any threat. Due to the above, the companies that provide airport security services must design a plan to guarantees that the personnel are in the specific time to cover a security zone. Given the situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic, companies began economic recovery by reducing operating costs. This project is developed with the objective of designing a model that allows minimizing the operating cost, and in turn optimizing the time of using human resources in security operations. Two algorithms are used to develop the model: 1. PERT routing algorithm, which allows creating work routes for each employee and indicates the man-hours required to project the model in the tool; 2. Added Plan algorithm, which minimizes the cost associated with the operation. Previous investigations show that the problem is of great interest in the aeronautical and academic sectors.
